Creative Coy uses a combination of in-house handling and third-party fulfillment partners to deliver products to customers. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship physical products, how long fulfillment takes, and what to expect after placing an order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products to the following regions:

  • United States

  • Canada

At this time physical products do not ship outside the U.S. or Canada.

Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically.

2. Fulfillment Process

Most physical products (such as mugs, apparel, prints, and merchandise) are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. These items are made to order, meaning production begins after your purchase.

Production Time:
1–5 business days (average)

Production times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Custom one-of-a-kind original artwork, if purchased, may have different timelines, which will be listed in the product description or discussed directly with the customer.

3. Shipping Costs
United States (Domestic)
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price.

  • No additional shipping fees are added at checkout.

Canada
  • A flat $2 USD shipping surcharge is added at checkout.
    This covers most of the additional cross-border and regional shipping costs for most Printful-fulfilled items.

Some large or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be noted on their product pages if applicable.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after production is complete.

United States
  • 3–7 business days after production
    (Varies by region and carrier)

Canada
  • 7–15 business days after production
    (Customs processing may affect delivery times)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to GST, HST, or PST depending on the customer’s province, as well as any applicable customs duties. These taxes and fees are assessed by Canadian customs and are not controlled by Creative Coy.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.

6. Tracking Information

Most shipments include tracking.
Tracking information will be provided to the email used during checkout once the order ships.

Some small or flat items may ship without tracking depending on the destination and carrier.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or delayed:

A package is considered lost when:

  • There are no tracking updates for an extended period, or

  • The carrier confirms it cannot be delivered

We will work with Printful or the shipping carrier to determine the next steps.
If confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to you.

We cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at tstgeorge@creativecoy.com with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of what happened

  • Order number

Printful will remake or replace eligible defective items at no additional cost.

9. Items Not Eligible for Shipping

The following do not require shipping:

  • Digital products (PDFs, TTRPG modules, digital art, downloads)

  • Consultation services

  • Commission planning or digital deliverables

Delivery instructions for commissions or original artwork will be arranged directly with the customer if they involve physical shipment.
