Creative Coy uses secure third-party payment processors to handle all online transactions. This page explains what payment methods we accept, how billing works, and how we handle currency and security.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our online store:

  • Credit and debit cards (processed via Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by your device and browser)

All payments are processed securely through these providers.

2. Currency
Store Purchases (Physical + Digital Products)

All standard purchases on the Creative Coy website are processed in:

  • USD (United States Dollars)

Prices displayed in USD will be charged to your payment method in USD.

Contracted Services (Commissions + Consultations)

For commission or consultation services:

  • Payment is preferred in USD

  • CAD payments may be accepted via PayPal upon request

  • Customers wishing to pay in CAD must notify us before payment so they can receive the correct PayPal information and an accurate CAD quote

If a service includes a separate written contract, that document will specify the payment currency and terms.

3. Secure Payment Processing

Creative Coy does not store or have access to full credit card numbers.

All payments are encrypted and processed through:

  • Stripe (for card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • PayPal (for PayPal account payments and optional CAD payments)

These processors use industry-standard security measures, including:

  • PCI DSS compliance

  • Tokenization

  • Encrypted transmission

Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

4. Billing Information

When completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information

  • Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds

  • Accept any taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays in fulfillment or delivery.

5. Failed Payments or Disputes

If a payment fails or is disputed (e.g., chargeback):

  • The order may be delayed or canceled

  • Creative Coy reserves the right to deny future services if fraudulent or abusive chargebacks occur

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at tstgeorge@creativecoy.com so we can resolve it quickly.

6. Contracts for Custom Work

Commissions and consulting services may include:

  • Deposits

  • Milestone-based billing

  • Payment schedules

  • Revision fees

  • Rescheduling fees

These terms are defined within the individual contract for that service and take precedence over this general Payment Information page.
