Return/Refund Policy

1. Printful-Fulfilled Products (Mugs, Merch, Apparel, Prints, etc.)

Most physical items in our shop are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful and will be identified as such in their product description. These items are only eligible for replacement or refund under the conditions below.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund a Printful-fulfilled product if:

• It arrives damaged

• It has a manufacturing defect

• It has a print error / misprint

• The wrong item was sent

• The item is lost in transit (never delivered)

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description

We will review the claim and coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Printful-fulfilled items cannot be returned or refunded for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering the wrong size

• Choosing the wrong product

• Disliking the item after arrival

• Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Because Printful produces items on demand, returns are not accepted, and all non-defective items are final sale.

2. Original Artwork (Physical, One-of-a-Kind)

Any original artwork created and sold directly by Creative Coy (such as hand-drawn pieces, painted works, physical illustrations, or one-of-a-kind art) is:

Final Sale. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds.

These items are unique pieces of artwork and cannot be returned, resold, or restocked.

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a shipping carrier claim.

3. Digital Products (Modules, PDFs, Artwork Downloads, Assets)

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

Once a digital file is purchased and delivered, we cannot revoke or retrieve it, therefore:

All digital products are final sale. No returns or refunds.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, email us at tstgeorge@creativecoy.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

4. Commissions (Art, Design, Branding, Creative Work)

All commissions—including art, illustration, branding, logo design, or other custom creative services—are handled individually and require time, labor, and personalized work. For this reason:

Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, and any deposits (if applicable) are also non-refundable.

Each commission will be accompanied by a separate written contract, which will outline:

• The scope of work

• Milestones and deadlines

• Revision allowances

• Payment structure

• Usage rights

• Additional terms specific to the project

If there is ever a difference between this Refund Policy and the terms in a client’s commission contract, the contract terms will take precedence.

5. Consultations (Creative, Business, Branding, Game Design, etc.)

Consultation services involve the direct use of time, expertise, and professional guidance. Therefore:

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

No returns, credits, or refunds are offered for completed consultations.

Scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms for consultation services may also be governed by a separate contract or agreement provided before the session. Those terms will define:

• Rescheduling windows

• Cancellation rules

• Session length

• What deliverables (if any) are included

In any case where a consultation-specific contract exists, the contract terms override this general policy.

6. Wrong Address Policy

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

• We cannot offer refunds

• A reshipment may be possible at customer expense

Printful will not reship or refund items due to incorrect addresses unless they determine the error was on their end.

7. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if:

• It has no tracking updates for an extended period

• The carrier confirms it is lost

If your package is lost:

• We will file a claim with the carrier or Printful

• A replacement will be issued at no cost to you once confirmed
